KCA University’s Statement Over ‘Childish’ Suspension Letter

kcaThe spotlight on Kenyan institutions and claims of producing half baked graduates may have taken a back seat but it is still alive.
After Nairobi Aviation and the United States International University(USIU), attention has now turned to KCA University.
A letter allegedly written by the Vice Chancellor of the Ruaraka Institution has surfaced on social media. The letter is addressed to a student accused of colluding with Babu Owino to incite students.
Coming from a Vice Chancellor, the suspension letter which is supposed to be official was termed ‘childish’ by a large section of social media users.
Controversial blogger Robert Alai blasted the Vice Chancellor saying: “The letter is written by someone with a class 8 pupil’s mentality. If this is a VC’s letter then every KCA University student MUST worry
However, the institution released a press statement describing the letter as a fake.
