The much hyped and highly anticipated concert by Jamaican songstress Alaine Laughton was graced by a special guest. Among the thousands of fans who thronged City Cabanas was president Uhuru’s daughter Ngina Kenyatta.
Ngina, who has not been shy to attend social events in the past, braved the cold weather on Saturday night and made her way to the venue at 9 pm in the company of her three friends and heavy security. Even as she enjoyed the fun filled night that saw performances by Kenyan artistes Wyre, Redsan, Kenzo, Shanky Radics, Ray Ray and Kavi Pratt, a newbie in the showbiz scene, a bodyguard and a number of other security men stayed by her side.
Besides enjoying the best of Alaine, it is believed that Ngina was at the venue to endorse Kavi Pratt, who is a member of the Kenyatta family.
Kavi Pratt has all the signs of the next big thing in the industry. She studied music in Rome and has released the hits Twende Mbele, Believer and Murder.
