The supermarket chain will launch Nakumatt Arusha this Saturday which is in line with its 2015 corporate development strategy.
Managing director, Atul Shah affirmed that the store has revolutionize formal retail operations and is indeed commitment to expand its services beyond East Africa in the next five years. Among concepts that Nakumatt has pioneered is 24-hour shopping system across the region.
Nakumatt has been enjoying a steady and continuous growth since the establishment of its pioneer mega store along Nairobi’s Uhuru Highway in 1992.
Its future looks even brighter with its expansion strategies on retail markets as, South Sudan, Rwanda and Burundi. Under this strategy is a plan to open up two new branches in Kenya by the end of 2014.
Other than opening new branches, the Chain is also committed in improving its private brands roll out across the region in order to offer stunning value proposition to its loyal shoppers.
