ebolaIt seems the effort by the Kenyan Government to shield its citizen against the life threatening Ebola epidemic has received a new wrestle after a businessman Joseph Enock Aura accused the US government of owning the virus that has claimed several lives in West Africa.

The dramatic claim was filed in support of Aura’s seek to have the High Court dismiss a case filed by the Consumers Federal of Kenya lobby in quest to constrain national carrier Kenya Airways to stop flying to West Africa countries hit by the Ebola.

Joseph Aura expressed his concern to the court that the US had patented the virus, its vaccine and cure in 2012 and should therefore be bound to bring the current health disaster to a halt rather than targeting the national carrier. However, WHO has maintained that Ebola has no any known licensed cure.
