pridePrideInn, one of the most luxurious hotels in Kenya is set to put up two new outlets in Kisumu and Mombasa by February next year.

The 1 billion plan is a pilot project that will see the Budget Hotel chains open up other facilities in several counties in Kenya before venturing into other markets in Africa.

Hot on heels of the Mombasa and Kisumu hotels, the pride group will also put up at least four others in Nairobi at Lavington, Upper Hill, Parklands and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

In Kisumu, the 3 star hotel to be put up will have 60-room hotel, while that of Mombasa, the Shanzu beach property will have 200 rooms.

Currently, one only needs to part with Ksh 9,000 for BB (Bead and Breakfast) service an amount said to meet the middle class businessman.

According to it’s management, the expansion strategy will see its employees number triple to 1000 from its current 300.
