The disadvantage of hosting an event after Masaku 7s is that you’ll most probably not match it. It is worse when you have it one week later, with all the party goers fatigued and less interested.
Am not saying Meru 7s was bad, but don’t expect it to make lots of headlines. Just like Masaku 7s, Meru 7s was sponsored by Tusker and had the likes of Avril, Nameless and others performing.
