The fundamentals hitmaker is now the owner of a 6 bedroom mansion which he built from music royalties. His smash hit fundamentals, that greatly propelled him to stardom, has made him a headliner in Kenya’s biggest concert 2014, The Guinness evolution party where Jamaican sensation Konshens was the main act.
However before he ventured into music, Ken had a career in human resource management. Ken was speaking in an interview with Mambo Mseto host, Willy M Tuva saying: “I trained in human resource before i started singing, i even had a job where i worked as a human resource office for a company.”
Speaking about his music, he said Fundamentals was his biggest song since he plunged into music.
“Fundamentals got me to cross from river road over to the Uhuru Highway, this year i have performed in the biggest concert where i was listed second after Konshens whose performance fee was in the range of ksh 7 million,” he told Tuva adding that he is now popular among the middle class.
Ken has also enrolled for a degree in marketing management to enable him market and brand himself better.
