2014 has certainly been one of the best years for Kenya Airways and Kenya’s aviation industry in general. The international arrivals terminal that was blazed down has been replaced with a new one which is one of the best in Africa.
KQ has in the meantime received 2 of their much anticipated cost effective planes – the 787 dreamliner, with 4 more expected before the end of the year. To put the customers in the success segment and improve customer experience, KQ has now taken in-flight entertainment a notch higher.
A new inflight television service called KQTV will be introduced in the aircraft. KQTV will broadcast live news and sports channels mid-flight. Compared to the recorded inflight movies, this is a more exciting offer for those who love sports or news.
