Reports have it that former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga may have been kidnapped this past Sunday.According to Robert Alai’s Kahawa Tungu, Maina was abducted by a gang that attacked his church in Nakuru.
Reportedly, he was conducting an interview with some journalists when one of his people whispered something in his ear. Maina took off immediately without uttering a word.
Soon after, Helicopter bishop Thomas Wahome, who was around, informed the journalists that Njenga had been abducted by Mungiki adherents.
Since then, the former mungiki leader has been out of reach.
