Makadem through his Facebook page said he was forced to seek refuge at the 680 Casino to avoid being victimized by the law enforcers on Monday night. He said police were arresting prostitutes and anyone who posed as a potential client.
Maintaining his innocence, Makadem, also known as Ohangla man, criticized the police saying that most of the people on the streets were innocent civilians going about minding their own business and not necessarily soliciting the services of prostitutes.
