Kenyans are a creative bunch. They just know where to hit and what to say to crack you up.
The Oscars are long gone but the buzz surrounding Lupita’s huge win isn’t. Every body is celebrating her in their own unique way. While the villagers band thought it wise to sing her a dholuo song, one observant Kenyan thinks that the Kenyan lady on the ksh 200 note is Lupita. Come to think of it, it might be true. She somehow resembles her in the movie 12 Years A Slave.
