karateI like the direction our film industry is taking. We have embraced our different cultures and decided to maximise on them instead of allowing them to divide us. Just weeks after the first dholou movie was produced, some filmmakers have decided to take things to a whole new level. We now have the first local Karate movie;  acted, directed and produced by Kenyans.
The movie, called Gicagi, is produced by MVP films and is set in rural Kenya. It has already been nominated in three categories in the upcoming Riverwood awards; best feature and best cinematography with the lead actor being nominated in the Best lead actor category.
This is surely a masterpiece.
