Nyambane Gets a Government Job

Comedian and media personality, Walter Mong’are aka Nyambane has landed a job with the Kisii County government, where he is now the head of communications and Information.
The comedian got the job through close ties with Governor of Kisii County, James Ongwae. Nyambane, through his consultancy firm, had successfully organised an investment meeting for Ongwae in the USA.
Mong’are was part of the crazily hilarious Redykyulass group before working with different media houses for the past ten years. He co-hosted the ‘Big Breakfast’ show with Caroline Mutoko in Kiss 100 before heading for Q FM. After Q FM he moved to KBC, where he was the programmes controller for four years. He then went to Standard Group as the production manager before joining the Kisii County government this month.
