The service which entails the receiver of the call footing the bill, was introduced today first and exclusively by the same network offering free Facebook browsing. The service, code name Pay4me-6565 allows people with little or no credit to request the receiver of a call to pay for the talk time. To enjoy this service, subscribers should dial a number starting with 6565 in place of the zero at the beginning. The recipient will then receive a request to be charged, and if he/she accepts, normal rates take over.
